What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are from 7:00AM 7:00PM, however, we have an after-hours staff member answering our calls to accommodate both on the spot service, or to arrange future service.

Can I use your service without having an account with you?
Yes, we can arrange to do a single job or multiple jobs for any non-account holder. You will get the same level of service as our loyal clients have come to expect.

How long does a package take to be delivered?
Depending on the size of the package, our normal service for small messenger work has an average turnaround time of an hour an hour and a half (depending on the distance of course) Direct rush service is available for a slightly higher rate, but your package will have first priority.

Do you offer direct rush service for truck/van jobs?
Yes we do, but please remember that all truck work is subject to parking, traffic, tolls, loading and unloading, All of these factors take time, and we cannot always guarantee the same turnaround time as we do for smaller packages.

Do you deliver and make pick-ups outside of NY?
Yes we do. We aim to please and have no restrictions for distance.

How am I billed?
Our clients have the option of being billed on a weekly basis or a monthly basis. Bills are email as a PDF, messengered for free, faxed, or sent through the mail.

How can I set-up an account? Pease refer to the Contact Us page; call our offices to be given instructions to set-up a new account.
